  • Crayola Creativity Week is a free program for schools and homes around the world. Designed to celebrate children’s creativity and the joy it brings to teaching and learning any subject, we’ve partnered with artists, actors, authors, musicians, and even an Olympic athlete, to bring educational content, giveaways, and virtual events to kids and teachers everywhere.

  • Yes, you can sign up here and still take advantage of all the free digital resources and content created as part of Crayola Creativity Week. Many of the materials are designed for use year-round in your classroom, library or other programs.

  • In the Content and Resources area on this website, you’ll discover all kinds of materials to use in the classroom and home that infuse creativity across multiple topics and subject areas. From videos featuring our Celebrity Creators to downloadable Thinking Sheets, posters to print and easy activity starters, you’ll find it all—available all year long—here!

  • Be sure to invite families to join the two days of weekend family fun during Crayola Creativity Week, and encourage them to pop by the website throughout the year for colorfully fun learning at home, anytime by visiting the ‘Family Resources’ page!

  • No special materials needed! You and your students can use any materials and supplies you have on hand, or test out new ones to spark creative ideas.

  • Everyone that signs up to participate in Crayola Creativity Week is entered to win a box full of Crayola product and Creativity Week swag for their school. Winners are randomly selected and contacted via the email they used to sign up with.

  • Your participation in Crayola Creativity Week is free. There’s no charge or cost whatsoever. Together with our partners, Crayola Creativity Week is our way of supporting teachers and students everywhere as they explore, imagine, create, and grow!

  • Everyone that signs up to participate in Crayola Creativity Week is entered to win a box full of Crayola product and Creativity Week swag for their school. Winners are randomly selected and contacted via the email they used to sign up with.

    During Creativity Week, you can also earn extra chances to win special prize packs from our partners by posting students’ artwork and updates about your Crayola Creativity Week activities on social media using the hashtag #CrayolaCreativityWeek (or emailing them to education@crayola.com). Every educator who posts or shares photos is eligible to win prizes as part of the daily giveaways!

  • We’ve designed a secure online gallery for showcasing students’ creations. When you post student work on social media to #CrayolaCreativityWeek, we’ll add those images, stories, videos, and other student-created content to our online gallery. Students can share the gallery with their family and friends and explore other creators’ work too!

  • Artists, authors, actors, musicians, scientists, and even Olympic athletes have come together to help us celebrate the creativity in every child through fun content and activities. Be sure to visit the Meet Our Creators section of this website to learn more about this year’s creative line-up!

  • Most of our Celebrity Creators welcome students’ comments via their social media accounts. Be sure to tune into each day’s video event to share your comments, images, and more—you just might get a special shout out!

  • On the Friday of Creativity Week (Jan 26, 2024), we invite all participating schools to join us for a free live-streamed event celebrating your students’ creations, and the many things they’ll create in the future. Celebrity guests from the week—and some new ones too!—will make special appearances, alongside schools celebrating across the country. Watch for details on our Calendar page to participate in this colorful live event filled with music, dancing, and creative inspiration.

  • Great news! All resources, including the Live-Streamed Virtual Assembly Event, will be available for viewing anytime on-demand, so you can still watch it with your students in class, or during your own school-wide celebrations. Just pop over to our Content and Resources page.

  • Crayola Creativity Week takes place the last full week in January each year. 2024’s dates are January 22-28, 2024 and registration is now open. Register here!
